Refunds and cancellation
What happens when you cancel or ask for your money back. Last updated 26 October 2026.
A refund within 14 days
Within 14 days of any payment for a paid edition, ask for a refund and you get the whole payment back. Write to sales@revoza.co.il from the email on your account, with the invoice number. The money returns to the PayPal account or card you paid with, usually within 10 working days.
When a payment is refunded, the licence it paid for returns to the free edition.
Cancelling
KLYRN never charges you automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When a paid period ends and you do not renew, the server returns to the free edition. After 14 days from a payment, the rest of that period is not refunded, unless the law where you live requires it.
What happens to your sites
Your sites keep running on the free edition. Features that need a paid edition stop accepting new work. For example, you cannot add a sixth site or start a new migration that needs Pro. Nothing you already have is deleted.
Consumers in Israel and the EU
This policy adds to your rights under consumer law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the EU right of withdrawal, and never reduces them.
