How Revoza Digital handles personal data for KLYRN. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Who we are
KLYRN is made and sold by Revoza Digital, Israel. Revoza Digital is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to sales@revoza.co.il about anything on this page.
On klyrn.com
Our web server keeps a standard access log: your IP address, the page, the time and your browser's description. We use it to count visits and countries and to keep the site safe. Country comes from the IP address using DB-IP.
We also count page visits with our own counter. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. The address is hashed with a key that is deleted each day, and nothing is sent if your browser asks not to be tracked.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to see which pages and searches bring visitors. Google sets cookies and processes your IP address under its own terms. If you decline, no Google cookie is set. You can change your choice from the link at the bottom of every page.
If you join a waitlist, we keep your email address to tell you when that edition goes on sale, and nothing else.
In your account at my.klyrn.com
To create an account we store your email address, a hashed password and, if you turn it on, your two-factor setting. We store your licences, your servers, your orders and invoices, and the support messages you send.
Payments are made with PayPal, which handles your card or PayPal account. We receive the payment status, the amount, the transaction number and the payer's name and email from PayPal. We never see or store card numbers.
What a KLYRN server sends us
A server with a licence checks in to renew it. It sends its install ID, a hash of its machine identity, its KLYRN version, its operating system and its update channel. If you connect it to your account's fleet console, it also reports its health, its update state and what it supports.
A KLYRN server never sends us your sites, files, databases, mail, your customers' details or their passwords. The hosting runs on your server, under your control.
Why we use it
We use this data to provide the panel, issue and renew licences, take payments, answer support, prevent abuse of licences and keep our services secure. The legal basis is the contract with you and our interest in running and protecting the service. For analytics cookies it is your consent, and for invoices it is the law.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account exists and is deleted on request. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Web server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Waitlist addresses are deleted once the edition launches or when you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to its use. Write to sales@revoza.co.il and we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, or to your local data protection authority in the EU.
Security
Passwords are stored as Argon2id hashes. Sessions are secure, HTTP-only cookies. Admin actions need two-factor sign-in. To report a security problem, use the reporting page.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we say so on this page and email account holders before it takes effect.
