When a machine cannot be placed, you are told why

If KLYRN VM cannot place a machine on a host, it tells you how much memory, disk or processor was short.

If a host cannot take a new machine, KLYRN VM now tells you the reason.

You will see a message such as "12 GiB memory short", with how much the machine needs and how much the host has free. If the host is in maintenance or offline, the message tells you that.

When no host can take the machine, each host is listed with its own reason.

What your customer sees

A customer is told that there is not enough memory or disk for the size they chose. They are not shown the names of your hosts or how full they are.
